UltraSpace structures are completely assembled commercial modular buildings shipped to you ready to use. The integral steel floor system is designed to allow you to move our buildings by forklifts, dolly wheels, or cranes. We ship a completed building, shrink wrapped, by flat bed truck. After unloading and unwrapping you connect the UltraSpace modular to your electrical power source through our electrical service main conduit. It is now installed and ready to use, inside an existing building, or as a freestanding outside structure. The UltraSpace Fireguard model is constructed with non-combustible materials. The construction framework is steel; floor joists, flooring, studs, and rafter system. The standard exterior finish is steel siding and steel roofing. The standard interior finish is vinyl covered gypsum walls, finished drywall ceiling, and block tile over steel flooring.
